I’ve been to Katz’s Delicatessen in New York City many times. It’s one of those classic spots that never gets old. But in December 2023, I went again, this time as ARMY.

Jimmy Fallon brought BTS here in 2020 as part of their TV guest appearance, and ever since, it’s felt like a special stop for fans. Inside, the place was its usual busy, noisy, and delicious self with vintage signs, crowded tables, and that familiar smell of pastrami in the air.

I ordered my usual, a corned beef sandwich, root beer, and pickles on the side. Simple, classic, and perfect as always. I also took a few photos near the table area where they sat and the photos of BTS with Jimmy Fallon hanging on the wall.

Even though I’ve been here so many times before, this visit felt a little more meaningful, the same food, the same place, but now connected to something (and someone) I love.
